【Japanese Podcast】What is the Global Bioconvergence Center of Innovation?
In OIST’s first Japanese-language podcast series, Hiroki Nagahama, a radio personality and writer active in Okinawa, will be the “OIST Podcaster in Residence” to introduce the efforts of the Global Bioconvergence Innovation Center.
This time, he interviewed the center’s project leader, Professor Nicholas Luscombe, and OIST COI-NEXT Program Chief Operating Officer Yasunobu Tanaka. They talk about what “bioconvergence” means, review the first year since the center was established, and discuss the importance of networking and what kind of innovations will come out of the project.
